Born and raised in Dubuque, Jeff Spahn graduated from Hempstead High School. After initially attending Iowa State University, he transferred to Loras College where he earned his B.A. in Business.

His work life since college has included:

• management responsibilities in the family lumber business,
• C-Level responsibilities in manufacturing for the ag industry, and more recently,
• ownership and management of TriState Paving Services.

Jeff is a proud Dubuque resident and enjoys being involved in the community.
