Plow Driver / Loader Driver

The successful candidate will have a driving record that would allow them to be insured by our insurance. The candidate would operate our loader or plow truck. [If candidate lives out of town, we would put them up in a hotel if the weather is too bad to drive.]

$17 per hour

Paving Crew Members

Looking for workers for the season and possibly into the winter season as well.

  • Full-time, 5 days per week.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. is a requirement.
  • CDL is a plus and will increase starting pay.

Work outside instead of being stuck in a store/office all day. Opportunity for advancement for ambitious people.

Foreman Trainee

Sidewalk Shovel Crew Member

This is an on-call seasonal job. This is not a full-time position. This crew member will be responsible for going to and from jobs with company truck. Crew member will shovel sidewalks and clear steps with company-provided equipment. Equipment includes snow blowers, shovels, tractor with blower, and leaf blowers. Crew member will also spread salt by hand or with tractor on sidewalks and stairs.

$25 per hour

Contract labor.

Snow Plow Operator

This is an on-call seasonal job. [On-call basis for snow events.] This is not a full-time position.

  • We need two snow plow operators for when it snows.
  • We are also looking for owner-operators as well, who will be paid according to their equipment.

$25-$35 per hour

Part-time.

Driver

Looking for a CDL driver, possibly someone retired looking to pick up some hours, to drive dump truck locally.

$15-$25 per hour

Full-time.

Asphalt Roller Operator

Asphalt roller operator and finish worker needed. Must be able to drive to work. [CDL gets increase in starting wage. Pay depending on skill set.] Operator will be responsible for rolling asphalt, running plate compactor and general finishing skills. We do all kinds of asphalt and concrete jobs so will not merely be a sit-on -machine job.

Full-time.

Sidewalk Blowing/Shoveling

We are looking for reliable, consistent, mature workers who can work without constant supervision and produce quality results that our customers expect.

  • You'll get an assigned route of local business sidewalks to clear after a storm.
  • We provide all equipment, fuel, and transportation from site to site.
